Both adults and children can access our holistic group of services virtually through telehealth, in-person from the comfort of their home in the greater Houston or San Antonio communities, or within our newly renovated office suite that offers striking views of the Houston skyline, treatment spaces with a luxury feel, and amenities that promote comfort and tranquility for every member of the family.
In addition to our flagship program, which delivers in-home mental health rehabilitative skills training and targeted case management services to children between the ages of 3-17, we have expanded our services to include our one-on-one outpatient therapy/counseling for children and adults.

Do You Accept Insurance?
Although we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance groups such as Cigna, Aetna, Texas Blue Cross Blueshield, and others, an affordable direct pay option is available for those without insurance coverage. Please be mindful; in some cases, a diagnosis may be required for precise treatment.
What forms of Psychotherapy are offered at AOC Outreach Services?
AOC provides Psychotherapy through telehealth and in person at our Houston office located West of the 610 loop, 8 minutes from the Galleria Mall.
What are available Hours for Psychotherapy?
Clients from across the state can schedule an appointment for telehealth therapy 7 days a week. In person therapy can be booked Monday – Friday with the first appointment being scheduled at 10:00 am and the last appointment at 7:00 pm central standard time.
How can I schedule an appointment?
Appointments for Psychotherapy can be scheduled 24-hours a day through our online scheduler at aocoutreachservices.com, by emailing your request to therapy@aocoutreachservices.
What types of therapists do you employ?
AOC employs a variety of full-time/part-time therapists who hold different areas of licenses, including but not limited to LCSW, LPC, LMFT and others. Under the direction of the Clinical Director of AOC Outreach Services, the contracted therapist will deliver clinical outpatient sessions, discharge planning, MCO/Insurance panel client overviews, clinical reviews, peer reviews and provide treatment and community resources to AOC Outreach Services clients.
What platform will telehealth sessions be hosted on?
All telehealth sessions will be hosted on the Doxy.me platform, which is a commonly used platform for telehealth in the medical industry. It is a free platform for sessions, and the client does not need to download an app to participate in the telehealth session.
