Outreach Services
AOC Outreach Services is an outpatient behavioral health agency treating children and adolescents with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges. We provide a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery using a team of experts to create an individually tailored plan for success. Our services are provided onsite, in-home, and within the community, and provide for increased care coordination through linkage and referrals to specialty providers. AOC Outreach Services’ staff is trained in working with trauma victims, anxiety and mood disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity, conduct and personality disorders, substance abuse, and several other diagnoses. Who We Serve
AOC Outreach Services serves the surrounding communities of Houston, Texas and San Antonio, Texas. We render life changing mental and behavioral health therapy services to children, adolescents and adults through in-home, in office and Telehealth services.
What we offer
We offer community based services to adolescents and kids with emotional and behavioral healthcare needs. We also serve adults in Texas through telehealth outpatient therapy online.
How we help
AOC works with families to assess and understand their specific needs. All treatment plans are tailored to the individual client and family we are working with.
No Out of pocket costs
AOC is 100% medicaid funded. That means that families have no out of pocket costs for services.
