Qualifications

      • Master’s or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
      • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
      • Minimum of [X years] of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
      • Demonstrated passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a commitment to improving their quality of life.
      • Familiarity with data collection and analysis software used in ABA practice.
      • Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

    Job Responsibilities

        • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
        • Design and implement individualized behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
        • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
        • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to intervention.
        • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
        • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, data collection, and reports.
        • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
